Rising interest rates now worry some lenders more than repurchases
In our recent survey of senior mortgage executives, lenders told us they have subdued expectations on volume and profit margin for 2017, and that they’re worried about increased competition.
We also asked about their risk concerns. In comparing these new results with results from Q4 of 2014, we find lenders are more worried about rising interest rates than repurchases. For more, read our Perspectives article.
